I would like to go to a zen-cebtre for some time (maybe a year or so) to learn more about this quiet, endless room of where it somehow seems that art and being meets. Would you reccomend to come to Bodhi Zendo if i do not have much experience in beforehand? Will i learn from ground, and is it unproblematic only speaking english (and norwegian) and not difficult to be able to stay there for some months?

Will be most grateful for answer if you got the time, my e-mail is : maritbe@gmail.com

Hope to hear from you, wish you all the best.

Marit from NorwayUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12217107191255768179noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2038714981798444434.post-25468915971738818322010-03-06T22:44:16.087-08:002010-03-06T22:44:16.087-08:00Dear Fr Rappai. even though we hardly talked I ver...Dear Fr Rappai. even though we hardly talked I very much appreciated your presence at Bodhi Zendo last year at the same time I was there. The dexterity, grace, and poise you cultivate, as a matter of course, is the natural outcome of regular practice. You require no major effort. In fact trying hard will turn your practices into a humdrum, painful, even injurious routine and will eventually slow down your progress. Subsequently, and interestingly, the therapeutic effect of Yoga is the direct result of involving the mind totally in inspiring (breathing) the body to awaken. Yoga is probably the only form of physical activity that massages each and every one of the body’s glands and organs. This includes the prostate, a gland that seldom, if ever, gets externally stimulated in one’s whole life.
www.coomararunodaya.comwilliamsmithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12521217601007510314noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2038714981798444434.post-72540849779795005492009-11-29T19:02:24.536-08:002009-11-29T19:02:24.536-08:00Dear Rappai,
